By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If something doesn't make sense or seems unfair, let us know. We're building this together.

What We Provide

  • Load Management: Track and manage all your shipments in one place
  • AI-Powered Tools: Smart routing, pricing, and optimization
  • Support: Rapid response from our team when you need help

What We Expect From You

  • Accurate Information: Provide truthful shipment details and company info
  • Legal Compliance: Ship only legal cargo that meets all regulations
  • Respectful Use: Don't abuse, hack, or disrupt our platform
  • Payment: Pay invoices on time according to agreed terms
  • Security: Keep your account credentials safe and confidential

Pricing & Payments

We believe in transparent pricing:

  • $All quotes are provided upfront before you commit
  • $No hidden fees, no surprise charges
  • $Payment terms are agreed upon before shipment
  • $Invoices sent electronically within 24 hours of delivery
  • $Late payments may incur fees (we'll warn you first)

Liability & Insurance

Let's be clear about responsibility:

  • All shipments are insured up to declared value
  • We're liable for losses during transit under our care
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery
  • We're not responsible for acts of God, war, or government action
  • Platform uptime guaranteed at 99.9% (SLA available)

Cancellations & Refunds

We get it—plans change. Here's our policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
  • 50% fee for cancellations within 24 hours
  • No refund once pickup is complete
  • Full refund if we cancel or can't fulfill the shipment

Intellectual Property

Our platform is our baby. We've worked hard to build it:

  • ©All platform code, design, and content belong to J&F LOGISTICS
  • ©You get a license to use it, not own it
  • ©Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our platform
  • ©Your data remains yours—we just process it for you

Termination

We hope it never comes to this, but:

  • You can close your account anytime (we'll miss you)
  • We can suspend accounts for violations of these terms
  • Serious violations (fraud, illegal activity) = immediate termination
  • Outstanding payments must be settled before account closure

Dispute Resolution

If we disagree, let's work it out like adults:

  1. First, contact us directly: support@jnf-logistics.com
  2. If that doesn't work, we'll try mediation
  3. Last resort: binding arbitration in [Your State/Country]

Court battles are expensive and slow. Let's avoid them if possible.

Changes to Terms

As we grow and add features, these terms might need updates. When that happens:

  • We'll email you about major changes
  • You'll have 30 days to review before they take effect
  • Continued use means you accept the new terms
  • Don't like the changes? You can close your account
